The beginning of the unknown
Waiting in SLC for our flight to LAX. Then on to three more short flights in New Zealand. So far so good, all the baggage was under 50lbs and somehow Michael got my luggage under his Delta card so all the bags flew for free. For some reason though we have to have our bags unloaded in LAX and then go through security with them all again. Airline efficiency at its finest...

Yes, we had to do that on our way to Europe too. It is so you can have your bags checked at customs. Welcome to international travel. Glad everything is off to a good start. I was wondering how it would go today after getting home and reading your note about the Jeep. :( Thanks for making the blog and keeping your mama happy! Did you take the spot?
